Every object begins as a question about how it will be used. We draw it, cut it, dye it and finish it by hand, then carry it long enough to know whether the answer held. What survives that becomes a study.
Each object is worked until it holds. Two are underway; the first arrives this fall.

We use natural materials because they age honestly. Leather, wood, metal and felt — chosen for their character, not their perfection.
